I'm glad I seem to watch the wrong films then

Eventually everyone will support Johnlock.   Independent OSAJ Affiliate

... but there may be some new players now. It’s okay. The East Wind takes us all in the end.

Re: Johnlock Fic Recs *warning - adult content*

I am not sure if this series has been rec'ed before:

http://archiveofourown.org/series/27488

It's the "Through the Looking Glass" series by obsidienne. It is about our Sherlock and John trading places in time with their Victorian selves.

Only for the registered user.... hmmm, not much helpful recommending it, then.

If you want to become a registrated user, I still got some invitation codes left. I can send you one.

I can recommend it as well. And you do not have to do anything when being registered. The series is lovely.

It's worth registering to AO3. Many features become available and you should get an invite within 24 hours. If anyone needs one, just PM me I can probably sort you out.

Also, ~fly-by-hi!~

That would be very nice and kind of you. Can I ask you for one then? (puppy eyes)

Of course. I'll take care for it. If I remember correctly, I'll need your mail adress. Will check that.

That series does sound wonderful.

I recently read Working On the Edges by earlgreytea for the first time.

What a sweet funny AU.  Have always been a big fan of figure skating and now I have beautiful picutres of a young Sherlock on ice dancing in my head.

Re: Johnlock Fic Recs *warning - adult content*

I'm glad to see this Johnlock rec list still being used after all this time. I started it back a couple of years ago, I think. Might be 3 years by now, I can't remember!

Are people writing new Johnlock these days?  I think we're very much in the between-season doldrums and have been for a long time. No fans should EVER have to wait this long for their favorite series to return to the air.  Unbelievable, how we've had to wait and wait and wait. OK, mini-rant over, back to your regularly scheduled programming, and happy reading!

Good!  As it should be.  Fanfic will keep a TV show's characters and ideas going and in the fan consciousness for *decades*, as long as there are good authors showing everyone their work.

3 years! how time flies. The forum really needed this fic rec thread, and if I hadn't started it, I'm sure someone would have soon enough. So much fic, so little time to read it all!

Re: Johnlock Fic Recs *warning - adult content*

This fic. Absolutely perfect characterisation, including hilarious Sherlock/Mycroft banter. Loved it.
