Oh my god. With all due respect, some of these are awful

See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Indeed, several are quite awful (no offense taken).
I've always been a fan of puns, but my appreciation for them soared when I discovered the comedian Tim Vine. If anyone is in to hilarious punny comedy, I strongly recommend giving him a watch.
