Black Books

Any fans of the show "Black Books"?

It's nothing spectacular, but very amusing if you're into that kind of comedy.

The comedian Dylan Moran plays a bitter, mean, drunk, chain-smoking bookshop owner.  His character is pretty dark, but still hilarious.

There's a scene in the first episode where he kicks all the customers out of his shop, using a broom and megaphone to herd them out.  One of my favorites from the show.

Re: Black Books

I love Black Books! Bill Bailey is one of the few stand-up comedians I find funny, and he's awesome in this series. "Little Book of Calm!"

Re: Black Books

Agreed - Bill Bailey's character brings something fantastic to the show.

I've actually never seen his stand-up!  I'm always on the look-out for new comedy, so I'll be sure to check him out.  Thanks!
