First I wasn't sure about three guys between Doctor Strange and Peter Guillam (TTSS)
The one in the red jumper is that game show guy (the one with Mark Gatiss), the one with the wings is James from "Third Star"??() But I'm not sure about the one with the dark brown jacket and the "Ms"?

The one on the cake is obviously BC himself, the blue shirt is quite obvious *LOL*
