Nothing against the hotel, but as a boutique hotel fan I find this particular option a bit dry.
It doesn't look like a proper 'boutique hotel' and seems to be selling itself on location rather than 'stand-aloness'.
It wouldn't take much to up it's game, just some decent wording. I'm guessing they're just reworking their SEO strategy.
