Benedict reads letter to Christopher Morcom's mother

Here is video with Benedict reading a letter written by Alan Turing to the mother of his deceased friend Chris with whom he was secretly in love. (Strangely enough, the video works on my phone but not on my computer, good luck):

It does work on my computer. Very, very moving.

Re: Benedict reads letter to Christopher Morcom's mother

What a lovely letter for a heartbroken teenager to write.  It perfectly expresses the idea of Alan's great work being a direct result of his relationship with Christopher - trying to keep Christopher's mind with him (that was a key feature TIG).

I believe Alan continued to keep in touch with Christopher's mother.

It's beautiful to hear Benedict reading it.

Thought the same exact thing.  That's sweet he kept in touch.  And so sadly touching hearing Benedict read it.
