Re: Audio books narrated by Benedict

I know it's not an audio book, it's a commercial, but if you just want to listen to his voice without the need to actually pay attention to what he's saying... try out the Jaguar ads if you haven't done so yet. That'll kill you.

Yeah, it's not so bad, is it?

Re: Audio books narrated by Benedict

Cabin pressure is so unbelievably good - you really have to listen! It's so funny, and some phrases found their way into my normal life to use them whenever possible. It's brilliant!

"It's this - or Cluedo."
"No! We are never playing that again!"
"Why not?"
"Because it is not actually possible for the victim to have done it, Sherlock! That's why."
"It was the only possible solution!"
"It's not in the rules."
"Then the rules are wrong!"

Re: Audio books narrated by Benedict

I've just added a bunch of books narrated by Benedict to my Goodreads list, and have been reading through the reviews - so funny that the majority of the audiobooks are reviewed by women who all mention that they only listened to them because of BC. One reviewer described his voice as being "made of sex and chocolate and silk" and I have to agree! Perhaps his Martin Crieff is not quite sexy, but it is still a great listen, and having Bendict make me laugh is just as good as having Benedict give me eargasms

Fits for many occasions...
