Has anyone else noticed this since they rebooted the forum this afternoon?

Yes, all after 1:16 pm are gone. You can see it in the list, no posts after.

The funny thing is that Susi's VF thread from 12:26 pm had disappeared after the first breakdown and is now back

I've posted some stuff after the forum came back up... it's gone.

I'm honestly holding back on sharing 'good stuff' at the moment.

Any news on when, or if already, it's safe to post?

Yes, I did. The entire thread I posted this morning about the "VF behind the scenes video" is gone. My OP and all subsquent posts in the thread (I can't remember exactly but I think there were at least 7 or so replies to that thread) vanished without a trace.

Plus I finally got the hang of posting a picture in Ben's picture thread and it has disappeared as well.

I agree with Phantom, I don't think I'll risk posting anything good until this is cleared up. I appreciate that this is a frustrating problem for the admin. You have my wish for a speedy solution to be found.

And the whole afternoon and evening I thought I had a virus spoiling the connection with the forum. It's almost embarrassing how the mere thought made me hyperventilate!

Has anything else like this happened in the last few hours or so?

I spoke to Support yesterday. They basically said that when another forum was attacked, they took down ours as a precuationary measure so they could deal with it, and when it was booted back up, we were given an old version of the forum that was saved 12 hours before the initial attack.

Some hours after that, they then found a newer version of the forum, saved only 2 hours before the attack, so we were rebooted again and given that newer version instead. From what I can understand, it was posts that were posted between the 12 hour version and the 2 hour version that went missing.

I wonder: it was not our forum that got attacked, right? So no fear of our personal details being hijacked?
