Very excited to join the Sherlock mania. I'm a physician/painter/researcher/mom here on the beaches of southern CA. I have loved Sherlock since early childhood - these were some of the first stories I've ever read. This summer I introduced my 10 year old daughter to the canon. Just discovered the BBC interpretation and was blown away. The writing and Interpretation are truly spectacular, creating one of the most believable 3D characters in television. The discussion on this forum has been equally brilliant - I look forward to joining such a diverse and thoughtful group.
