I love his hair. And I never thought it was him getting grey hair early, I always thought it was intentionally dyed that way.

Oh, I definitely think it's intentionally dyed that way. IMO, what we're seeing and appreciating is a very expensive color job. Most of us don't have a spare $800 lying around for a cut and color, but for those who do, they can get this shiny gold loveliness, too!

It fits him perfectly, I love that shine of colour nuances in his hair!

Of course just one of the many ironies of being a mutli rich actor...often you will have your expensive hair do paid for, by a film/TV company.
