Squee, how exciting is it to come home from work late and find all the setlock? And next week, while my school is being inspected, I shall tell the inspectors that they're seriously interfering with my setlock and will ask them just what they were thinking to choose this time of all times! 
Oh, and the green suit looks like they borrowed it from Ripper Street...

I'm not happy. What's going on with Ben's hair? Awful. Too servere! And why has Martin got a tash again? They are not filming The Empty Hearse again. Sherlock Team, please don't spoil this, I love this show.

This is my third day of unemployment, this IS my work as of now. 
As for Ben's hair, someone mentioned that hair slicked as severe as that could be a sign of readying it for a wig.

I think we all need to breathe and remain calm. We have a few photos and absolutely no context. We have no idea what they might be up to. Costumes, hair and make up must serve the plot and we know nothing.
I"m keeping an open mind until we have word of actual plot points.
