    Very interesting. WENG-CHIANG. Could this be an anagram of some sort?
    The DW episode makes me think that its  not just a coincidence... because of the Superwholock stuff.
    Maybe this is to signify that something will change in the next season? Because Baker didn't have his signature, normal apparel...

    I feel like the anagram could get us somewhere though.
