But maybe it's not just him being a fanboy, I could imagine that he's quite proud and excited that people he has worked with in the past and who he obviously admires come to see this movie on such an important evening.
And isn't it hilarious how that guy from security (or is it Ben's bodyguard?) first shoves one of the Star Trek guys away from Benedict, and then Benedict turns around and almost freaks out...? I could laugh all day about this.

Fanboy/excited to see friends, I think it's all mixed together.
It's wonderful the way Ben seems to charm the pants off every cast he works with. Never heard anyone say a harsh word about him. Plus, he seems to make real friends with a lot of them.
