actually...I´m not sure if I got it right. the person should spill the icy water on himself OR donate to the charity? in that case, I hope Ben will donate - but in that case he won´t be seen wet--. even...ehm. I think the rule is: you've got 24 hours to do the challenge (spill the icy water on yourself) and if you don't, you have to donate. So a lot of celebrities donate and do the challenge after 24 hours to spread the news.
Benedict might nominate Simon Pegg. You know... a neutron cream revenge
