We are not talking about 'a relationship' and 'a friendship' here, we are talking about John and Sherlock. Maybe there isn't even an accurate term with which to describe their relationship.
I just know from my personal experience- and we've already been over this again and again and again, but never mind - that I've never seen two men who share such an intimate relationship and call it 'bromance'. It is a very close and very special friendship for sure, but it goes beyond that. The two pics Susi posted earlier really say it all. You don't even have to have them in the room together, you just need one of them and the empty chair of the other one. Things can't get more emotional and intimate than that.
Yes. And there is no room for anyone else. I wonder if there ever was. John kept dreaming of Sherlock while lying in his marriage bed.

Hmmm
But you do get these very close, loving realtionships between straight men, who love each other like brothers are whatever...
A real life example is the English TV presenters Ant and Dec who only ever appear together...
Gently, sorry, what's that part?

Yes, something that just happens ... you can't controll that.

One "possible" explanation ... as "possible" as the Johnlock view.

Well, most things are possible!

But not Johnlock ... in your opinion.
Offline
Oh scientifically speaking, it is possible...
But not the stated intention of the team.

Reliability of the team, ey?
Offline
Well so far, yes.

Well, as it happens that things are being said that we somehow heard before....
Why not do a re-start?

DIscuss, debate, support, refute Johnlock in all its forms. Have fun.
Personally, I ship Johnlock for fun but don't really take it seriously. To me they're just really good friends. BFFs! It's a bromance.

The team ... what do they say about themselves, besley? How reliable some of their statements are ...
LOL, very good, Mattlocked. No use ... we are just turning around and around and around ...
Offline
Right. We could just copy and paste from now on.

Well, every now and then there is something new from the Johnlockers ...
Offline
Indeed. Strangely enough, they keep finding evidence ...

Hope you guys don't mind my intrusion, Just thought I should share.
BBC Sherlock shares glaring similaties with The Princess Bride, a romance story (film) told by a grandfather to his grandson who at first didn't want to read a romance story but in the end was totally rooting for the couple.

That's awesome... thanks for sharing! I'm definitely going to have to dig out my Princess Bride DVD and watch it again. It's been awhile!

I have not seen the film but this really sounds intriguing. One more deduction for the Johnlock mystery.

Now I want to hear Sherlock say "As you wish John."
