Oh, this seems to be a fun game, but I'm absolutely rubbish with details.
Wild guess: kidnapping scene, childrens bedroom, TRF? (I haven't figured out how to make screenshots, and I definitely should pay more attention to details next time I'm watching!)

Yes! I always wondered where that vase of flowers came from. It's been well tended, the water clear and the flowers fresh. I read somewhere that everything in the 221B set exists for a reason and that's it not just a random collection of stuff.

If I'm not mistaken this is the only time where there are fresh flowers present in 221B.
They are of the same kind we see quite often in TSoT - apart from there nowhere in the series.
And here's the next nice detail. Hopefully not too hard to find the whole of the picture.
