Perfidious Derren Brown and Harry Potter with a hangover in the bridal suite after a race to the church...you were great, guys!

I finally decided to consult with some experts involved in the very scene.

I just loved these. Especially inspired by Marta's, where Sherlock was actually trying
to think of a new caption for our Caption Competition. he he! (That's what I was
imagining he was focusing on, while John and Mary were traipsing through
his mind palace.) 
I will locate a picture and start new thread soon.
