Your are too kind, ladies... Paul McGuigan alone would be so perfect!

He would leave the really emotional moments to you, love.

I'm up for that!
Now, can I help write one of the scripts?

Hmm, in this case isn't the director the wrong person to ask?
Wouldn't it be better to make friends with Mark and Steven then?

Found this on tumblr. Some arguments ring a bell.

Haven't heard or read any of those before... and apart from that, I really miss the word 'bromance' there!
Seriously, it's amazing how reading all of those 'arguments' still makes me shake my head. One is more ridiculous than the other.

Yes, definitely. My favourite explanation why there was, is and will be no Johnlock.

My favourite explanation actually is "But Mofftiss / the actors / the actor's cat/dog/horse said..."...

I love the blogger's little snippet about him/herself: hello, my name is shea and I have an addiction to delicious frozen beverages and a certain british television program about an idiot genius detective and the badass of a man he falls in love with
Well said. 'Nuff said. S and J are in love, and that's that, no matter what stoopid arguments the anti-shippers come up with. And anyway, they (the anti-shippers) can all eat my shorts. Just sayin'.
We have to remember that this fandom didn't invent this ship v. no ship drama. It's been going on for decades in more fandoms than we can count.

Been slipping behind a bit in this thread but I read trough it all now and the Johnlock game is still strong
Found a comparison with Sherlock/Irene ws Sherlock/John on Tumblr and it's quite briliant!

Nice find, thank you!

...and that smile... yes, he won't be able to hide it, but nevertheelss he will look away the moment John's and his eyes meet... He will be standing in the middle of the living room when John comes in, right between the chairs... John will take only one or two steps into the room... waiting and maybe clenching his fists a bit, like he so often does... and when their eyes meet, Sherlock will look away and directly to John's chair...
All just theoretically, of course.
The idea of this scene just makes me smile from ear to ear. And, you know what? It makes me think back to how we all speculated on what the Sherlock/John reunion would be like after TRF - or at least what we wanted it to be like!

Not sure if this is the right place but I like the idea very much:

It's also something for the "dislike Mary" thread, isn't it?
Found this one. Interesting comparison ...

Which answers the Irene/Sherlock question quite nicely.

Yes, it does. To see it like this ... it is self-explaining ... obvious ...

Very interesting! Oh, I think I have to watch those scenes again now.
