Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

As I said, I do not believe that the pregnancy was faked. Seems quite impossible in a marriage and then to a doctor. I was just comparing the mechanism of throwing Sherlock fake bits of information and thereby leading him to a certain deduction like Jim did in TGG.

It could be that he does not deny any insinuations about their relationship because he hopes that people will get bored and shut up about it. But this is just one theory. And let us not forget John's words:
"Oh, Sherlock always replies. To everything. He's Mr. Punchline. He will outlive God trying to have the last word."
This is about text messages but should apply to conversations as well. So it seems this is the only topic he prefers to keep silent about.

At least you used the word "cry", so I can't even be mad about you for completely destroying my poor heart .

That's in Sherlock's mind? Poor guy.

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

I warned you. But just imagine he loves John. What must it feel like to get these things thrown at him again and again?

All quotes from the show except the last one. This is a deduction.

I didn't really want to be happy today anyway.

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Right now I don't want to imagine that, Susi... I mean, he loves John, but I don't want to imagine what it must feel like for Sherlock to... you know... anyway, we saw it at the end of TSoT...

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

The ugly weather outside and this sad meta to it - it´s too much!

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

I can't understand how people can see a crime series "only" in this show. It's sooo much more.

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Sorry. *hiding under the sofa*
It just struck me how sad things can be when you really look at them. (And, Schmiezi, after all I found this on YOUR tumblr)

Of course you are right, gently. If anything it is a full-blown drama disguised as a crime show.

Fortunately, sometimes there are other deductions too:

Yes, sometimes you have to look closer and make some connections and then it couldn't be more obvious. And more painful.

And now imagine: This guy has been away for two fu**** years, all on his own, alone, unable to let John, his John, know that he was still alive... maaaaahhhhhh...!!!!
I'll now go and cry buckets and buckets...

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

I like this deduction, nakahara. Only John does not seem to connect the dots.

John sees but does not observe.

Sometimes you don't even have to look closer to discover the deeper meanings, do you? I am a Johnlock beginner but also for me some moments are impossible to ...feel ... not.

I know the second picture ... he wants John to shut up about the drugs ... but that look ... Gosh ... let me gasp ...
