clareiow, thank you, I will! I never dreamed he'd ever go to Poland and I have no delusion it will happen again soon. I know I had so much luck and I'm going to take any chances I get.

Solar, I'll do my best If I get a place in a further row, I'll ask someone in one of first rows And there will be an interview with Benedict tomorrow morning and it will be recorded so maybe we'll all see his socks And maybe I'll already be in Cracow by then and I'll be able to come close enough to take a look myself

Some more news for you all, Benedict will be guest at a dinner hosted by Prince William on Tuesday, something to do with a link with the film industry and The Royal Marsden Hospital.

And then, he and his mummy will be part of the Chelsea Flower Fesitval, judging gardens. It's a special theme of "me and my mum" and other celebs are taking part too. This show gets quite a bit of coverage on the BBC so there'll be video and pics from that!

All happening this month eh??

This is all very fine and I know I am repeating myself but what about acting again for a change? I am really getting a bit worried by now. I am happy for the comparatively small groups of people who can see him on such occasions like Poland or Hay but the majority only has the chance to see his films. This is what makes me a bit sad.

Oooh that sounds lovely!

I was watching something from last years Chelsea Flower show with my aunt not too long ago, because her Australian friend was going there this year, and I couldn't help but wonder if Ben would ever go to that... hah, small world!

I'm happy about this appearance, I quite like the show.
You all may know my feelings on royals by now, so I won't bore you on that one...
But yes, these things I kind of count as work.
Heck, he's got time on his hands now and
Hey, at least it means he's home!
I just want him to be able to get on with his life...

I've only just finished watching it! Yeah it'd be much better without the voice-over translation, only with subtitles, because not everything that Benedict said was translated.

And sometimes it was translated terribly wrong. And why on earth they gave scenes not directly from Shrelock but from Sherlock's pilot (which is less known and popular)? Ehh I love incompetence of polish tv...

I wouldn't be concerned about his apparent lack of acting roles. He rather over-exposed himself in the past two years so I imagine he's taking a step back and focussing on other aspects of his life. He's made very wise career choices so far - I don't think there's any need to worry for him in that respect

Oh I really don't think it's a choice at all.
Projects have fallen through.
But he's using this opportunity to do other stuff and yes, hopefully concentrate on other aspects of his life.
But he seems very happy.

In a way though it is by choice because he should be filming Crimson Peak now and withdrew from it.
So although his other projects are being delayed, he must have been cool about possibly having no Acting work for the first half of the year if he pulled out of CP?
I think then, that there may be some element of picking and choosing going on - which is good in a way; better than taking on poor roles out of desperation, I think.

Yes, but he pulled out of CP becaus he was expecting to be filming 'Lost City iof Z' soon, but that has been postponed.

Ah, OK - I thought his people had said that it wasn't because of other work that he pulled out.
I must have misread that.

No you could well be right, I remember now being puzzled about it at the time!
Anyhow, I am greatly looking forward to alll of his future projects, well, maybe with the exception of Blood Mountain,.,.which I thought he wasn't doing anymore
But as long as he's happy.
