Re: Favourite Martin pics

I tried a reverse image search and came up with this:

Though that might also be a photoshopped image where the original writing was removed, whatever it was. Seems like it is a screencap or still from his movie Dedication.

It's from Sir Ian McKellen's one-man-show in Wellington to earn money for a theatre that was badly damaged in the Christchurch earthquake.  Martin was there, along with the rest of the Hobbit cast, carrying a big bucket and collecting money.  The message he's holding up was just a typical hello to somebody's friend.

And neither one of them try to suppress anything!  They just give themselves wholly to the moment.

I confess I don't like any facial hair, but I assume it's for a role!

Spot on, Richard III is looming on the horizon.

I  quite do like facial hair, when it is well-trimmed and well-styled. (e.g. Harry Gordon Selfridge in Mr. Selfridge)

Re: Favourite Martin pics

Not a facial hair fan myself but have to admit this looks good on Martin.

Is it just me or is Amanda's hair looking very Mary?  *giggle*

Martin Frreman and two little dogs:

Cuteness overload!

-----------------------------------

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?
