1. Marry - John. Why not marry a doctor. could do worse.
2. Kiss - Lestrade. Dreamy.
3. Avoid - Kitty. All of the press actually.
4. Live With (as friends) - Sherlock . and that's "friends" with the quotation marks.
5. Punch - Sherlock. can't live with him, can't live without him.

Marry- Mycroft. Purely cause it would be hilarious to try to get him to marry
Kiss- Moriarty. Because it would also be funny to see his reaction
Avoid- the Gollum. Kind of stands for itself
Live with- obviously sherlock. Can't be bored

Someone on tumblr once suggested that instead of Marry - Kiss - Kill, the game should be Wed - Bed - Behead.
