Thats awesome belis! I always (well almost always) feel awesome after I've had my hair cut!
My aunt has offered to pay for a visit to the hairdressers; I've not had my hair cut in 2 years now... My luck is my thick and healthy hair so I actually don't need it. and I do want really, really long hair. No split ends even! I have a hard time believing it... but I'm grateful. I have declined her offer though, and instead she bought me a new coat which I really did need a lot more. Faux fur coats in the spring and summer isn't all that great.

Easter eggs!!
My aunt and my mother have showered me with chocolate eggs and money, I felt like such a kid and in a good way! Aw!

Aww, cute… I love that feeling.

It is awesome!
And someone just gave me the best nickname ever... we were talking about brainy stuff, and I mentioned to this guy that I had a photographic memory... and he called me 'Sherlylock'.
I've got a goofy grin on my face right now.

Sounds like you are having better time this Easter the you anticipated.

It could be worse I suppose!
Right now I'm just happy that my mother is going to some family lunch thing I'm not invited to, for the most of the day! Which means I have the day to myself. I'll just enjoy watching the rest of Parade's End with my 3 cats and one dog while having cold Pizza! I can't wait actually!

Don't really know where to put this so...I have just got tickets to see Derren Brown's new stage show Infamous. I am absolutely, ridiculously excited about it. Role on 26th of May. Eek! I have wanted to see him live for so long, I can barely believe I am actually going to at last!

I was going to try and take my daughter to the Aberdeeen show.
He's there a whole week, but unfortunately that's the week we're in Scarborough!

Oh no! How disappointing and how blooming typical! Perhaps they will record one of them and put it on TV, as they have done before. Not the same though. Hubby and another friend are coming along- he thinks he's 'that magician off the tele' I'm assuming he doesn't think he is Dynamo!

This is the 3rd time I've narrowly missed tickets for him..maybe one day!

I saw Infamous last year, and I got hypnotised!
You're really in for a treat, Davina. Bloody brilliant!

So I'm a most finished with my first year at college, and when I go into next year, it requires me to do enrichment, so extra curricular activities that will look good on my Uni application.
I got approached by one of my teachers today, and he said that he'd found a specific activity he'd love for me to do: he'd like me to volunteer for Victim/Witness support when in court etc. He's provided me with all the information and I'm genuinely so excited to see if I can do it because it sounds so intriguing, and I know it can be intense, but it's definitely something I'm interested in doing for 10+ weeks!
