and she's in shock, so anything you can do to..."
Sherlock: "Not be myself?"
Lestrade: "It would be appreciated."
Sherlock shoots John a look, then snaps DOWN his coat collar.
I howl every time I see that scene!
EDIT to correct incorrect word. Virtual keyboard blues.

Maybe the little girl was afraid of Sherlock because Moriarty showed her the video of Sherlock chewing out the schoolmistress/nanny at the kidnap scene But yes that is a funny scene among many funny scenes in this fabulous show

That was a funny thing with the collar. At least he (sort of) admits now that he does that thing with his collar -- I remember John telling him about that in "Hound". Trying to be cool with your cheekbones and your collar. Something like that.

'I don't do that!'
'Yes you do!'

Haha! If I hadn't thought that scene was so funny, I probably wouldn't have even noticed this one!

Yeah, and earlier on in Hounds, Sherlock pops his collar up, John gives him a look, and Sherlock makes the excuse that it's cold...lol, I love that bit too.
And yeah, when he turns his collar DOWN to "not be himself". Whenever I have my collar down now I always say I'm not being myself.
