Re: Benedict at the Oscars

Literally the funniest thing I have ever seen on the internet.
I think the video only surfaced last night.

Oh lord, I'm done. Seeing him planning it and then moving forward without any hesitation to finally do it is just too much for me. :D

Re: Benedict at the Oscars

That. Is. Hysterical.

Though I admit I had to watch it three times before I saw him sneaking through the crowd.  The music was perfect.  But I most loved Ben's grin at the end--like he knows just what he's done.

That's his "I've been a bad boy and I'm not sorry" grin.

Amazing! I didn't realize there was video, I thought just a few lucky photos. I love how he goes with a purpose - I thought he was just walking behind and took advantage of the situation, but he legitimately weaves through the crowd to get there!

I know!!      Awesome.  Making me giggle so happily here, re-watching.  It was probably trimmed from the camera watching the crowd, but I agree with the person above… seems like they were specifically paying attention to him!

I would love to know what Martin texted/emailed him in response to finding out about the photobomb.

Do you think they stay in touch when they're not filming?
Lovely if they do

I'd like to think that it was such a crazy thing that Ben did, that Martin just couldn't resist responding.

Re: Benedict at the Oscars

His leaps don't look as high as they appear in the photos! Perhaps it is the angle.  I've lost count how many times I've rewatched that vid.

Re: Benedict at the Oscars

With those long damn legs of his he didn't have to leap very high.
Especially wtih U2.  I've had the pleasure of meeting them and they are all short!  Adam Clayton is the tallest one and he's only about 5.8

Well, I thought the camera was just panning the crowd as it zoomed in on U2.  I didn't realize it was focused on Ben from the start.

But I like Mattlocked's response a lot better!
