Fantastic! That is perfect!!
I'm considering going to the park again tomorrow if the weather is just as nice and take my notebook and practice my note... and my stupid handwriting.

It's not great, I want to space it differently, but it gives me a start ;) x

I'm actually considering sending him my 'Cumbercookie' recipe... but then again... that would seem a bit too weird wouldn't it?
It's just that I heard he said that he was looking forward to going home and cooking for himself... and they do taste nice.

I'm still waiting for the second pair of socks to arrive. The first one was delivered on Saturday, with any luck the second one will arrive some time this week. Once I have them, I'll post pictures of my stuff.

Right, I'm all ready to post now - just waiting for the right time - I was thinking around March 28th.
Was also toying with the idea of including a lucky keepsake of some kind, but that'd probably be going too far, so I'll stick with the socks!

I was thinking the same Tinks - the posting date and the lucky charm. I almost bought him a crystal for self confidence and peace but bailed out...

All righty! My second pair of socks arrived today, and I've been very artsy-crafty tonight. Let's see...
First of all, the first pair of socks arrived in a box. A 30 x 20 x 15 cm box. For one pair of socks. Overkill much?
So then here's the two pairs of socks.
Which I wrapped in striped paper. Creatively.
As I mentioned, I actually wrote a letter. I'm not going to post all of what I wrote, but here's the last bit.
And this is what I'm going to send, probably in a padded envelope of some sort.

TeeJay that is AMAZING!! I love the wrapping, how on earth did you do that? It's so clever!

Oh wow, Teejay, that looks fabulous...I'm sure he'll love it
Mine looks like it was wrapped by a two year old!

I'm not sure where exactly I got that idea from initially, but the first time I wrapped something in shirt style was years and years ago. Basically first you make that raised fold in the middle where you draw on the buttons later on. Then you just wrap whatever it is like you would any normal gift. And then you cut out a narrow strip of wrapping paper and make it into a collar (which I stuck on with Scotch tape). The pocket is also a separate piece of wrapping paper folded a little and then glued on. The buttons are drawn on with felt tip pen. It's not that hard.

I just read a gorgeous post on tumblr about a girl who hasn't had a reply once from Benedict, she's had THREE! Clearly she sent a picture to be signed, because his message is on each one - and on one he says "I had to fight my mum to keep this picture!"
He also personally paid for the postage and delivered the last one.
So.....you never know ladies we MIGHT get a reply!

Big cheesy grin on my face now
He's adorable
Mind you I wonder if that was before he became quite so huge? I reckon he must be inundated with fan mail these days.

The latest one was last year
