Zatoichi, maybe someone can start then a hi-res thread?
XXL images simply are not much use on a system where you have to shrink them anyway to view the whole picture (so the details get lost in that process) and not much use for people with a low internet connection.

I'm on mobile broadband, which is never 100% stable and it's fine for me. No point in having different threads that do the same thing, right?

I agree. I often cannot see the whole image which makes it difficult to enjoy it. Sometimes less is more.
