He does do quite a few strange looking characters, bt somehow he makes us end up adoring them even more than before.

BEAUTIFUL picture. So pensive. Pilot-lock is definitely more subdue, with a particular boyish charm. Never cease to amaze comparing the pilot and actual Sherlock. The differences are subtle yet sharp. I really can't put my finger on it.
