Here's a convo I had with him earlier.

Skitty: Hey Mycroft, let's give Sherlock this case.
Mycroft: I'm not going to give it to him. YOU give it to him.
Skitty: (Cautiously.) Well, ok. (Gives Sherlock the file, which he opens and looks thru, and smiles from ear to ear.) Hey Mycroft!! He likes it!! He likes it!!

Hmm....maybe once you've reached "High Functioning Sociopath" you can be granted the option to choose your own title...kind of as a reward.
