Hi- did anyone notice that -yes there is a gun placed in Moriarty's left hand on the rooftop after he has killed himself-  and in a flashback to body at later point his eyes are blue- clues?   Moriarty's also knew that Sherlock was prepared to sacrifice John at the pool along with himself to stop Moriarty.  Just thinking.  I was also wondering because of the references to pressure points if the final problem alluded to in this episode (Rfall) is actually CAM from series 3 Final - Sherlock  commits murder  -well on his way to having his heart burned out in my opinion -
