I called it "Don't look now", so the most important criterion is: don't look directly into the camera, Ben. And if possible the pic should not be a head-on shot but taken somewhere from the side - or Ben should turn his head to the side. Like this:

Red Carpet pics are the best!

Well, I don't think that I can support you that much then. The pics I suggest you certainly have already. But I keep on trying.
