We had a similar thread for the first two Series but now we've had Series Three, there's three more episodes to add to the last. So, rank your favourite episodes in order (starting with favourite as 1)

Yes, very difficult, because some of them are really on the same level. But if I must, I would say: 1. The Reichenbach Fall2. His Last Vow3. The Study in Pink4.The Sign of Three5. Scandal in Belgravia6. The Great Game7. The Empty Hearse8. The Hounds of Baskerville9. The Blind Banker It however my "favourites" list. If I were to say which episode is the best as an artistic achievement, I would prabably say The Study in Pink.

It is not bad, for me nothing in Sherlock really is. It has some wonderful moments, e.g. the "friend/colleague" scene but as for character development and visual design others are better.

Sherlock looks just beautiful in TBB most of the time, and like Susi said, there are some great scenes (of course!). I love the first encounter with Seb in his office, I love the whole sequence when Sherlock and John are searching through the books in their flat... but for me something is missing to make it into an outstanding episode.

ok, this is reeeally difficult, but I'll give it a try:

1. The Sign of Three
2. His Last Vow
3. A Study in Pink
4. Reichenbach
5. Scandal in Belgravia
6. The Great Game
7. The Empty Hearse
8. Houds of Baskerville
9. The Blind Banker

1-5 are really very close together, then with a little gap TGG and then with a huge gap almost on dead level the remaining three ones.

Though all episodes are great in some way, of course!
