Hello!
Well, there are obviously many deep, sad and dramatic moments in HLV being discussed in other topics so why don't we talk about the funny ones? I'm starting:
One very funny moment for me was when John is leaving to "rescue" Isaac Whitney from the drug den. I was like "Is Martin going to drive? Really?" because well, he can't. And then Mary comes out of the house and goes with him and they go into the car and there is a very sudden cut to the car already at their destination and John taking the tyre iron (or whatever is called) from the trunk and I was... LOL You weren't very subtle there.

No, he can't, that's why Sherlock drove the jeep in THoB

I loved the scene where Sherlock and Mycroft are beeing caught smoking outside by their mother and Sherlock totally rats on Mycroft.

Haha, I missed that. But technically he could have learned to drive in between. It doesn't take that long.

Sherlock annoyed about Mycrofts OCD yet failing to recognise it in himself.
Putting the doorknocker back the way it was on entering the house.....John 'Why do you do that?' Sherlock 'Do what?' John 'Never mind.'

Sherlock: I'm undercover.
John: No, you're not!
Sherlock: Well, I'm not now!
Sherlock's tantrums always make me laugh

My favourite bit:
"But it's Christmas!"
"I feel the same (smiling) oh wait, you mean it's actually Christmas"

Mycroft threatening Anderson and his wife after Sherlock mentions CAM really cracked me up. Mark's face was just priceless.

John's face(s) during the entire scene with Janine at 221b. I could watch it in slow motion over and over again.

"John, there's something I should say, I've meant to say, and never have. Since it's unlikely we'll ever meet again, I might as well say it now."
(Dramatic pause . . . )
"Sherlock is actually a girl's name."

I think his reaction reflected so much of the fandom in that moment....

For a short moment I wished I hadn't read "The Advenure Of Charles August Milverton". I surely would have looked just like John.

'I further deduce' and just about everything else Bill Wiggins said.

I had re-read it just the day before but I was soooo WTF that I didn't make the connection.
My face was exactly like John's LOL

The scene in the kitchen of Sherlock's and Mycroft's parents. Mycroft is muttering about Christmas, something like "It's been Christmas for a week now, how can it only be two o'clock?", and his laptop which his mother is using as a chopping board.

In particular:
"Am I happy too? I haven't checked"
"Mycroft is the name you gave me. If you could possibly struggle all the way to the end."
