Hello, fellow Sherlockians!

I was invited to come here via LiveJournal, so here I am. I joined the Sherlock fandom quite late, I think around late winter 2012, just after the season 2 DVDs were released. Which was nice, because I could watch all six episodes in a row, but then the agonizing two-year wait began. Eep.

I'm usually up to date with most of the TV shows I watch, so I have seen 3x01 and 3x02, and I will be watching 3x03 on Sunday evening, BBC iPlayer willing.

I must belong to the 2% of Sherlock fans who aren't actually into Johnlock or any other non-canon slash ship. I just enjoy the show for what it is, and I'm a big fan of staying within canon constraints. I do write the occasional fanfic, but I haven't really written any Sherlock stuff other than a handful of drabbles or very short one-shots, mostly for prompts or challenges.

Not sure what else you need to know. I'm from Germany, in my late 30's, am a TV geek, hobby photographer, anglophile, molecular biologist by training, globetrotter, computer geek, chris-marquette.com and peterouterbridge.net webmistress.
