I'd describe that more as an advert than a mini scene...but Sherlock calling Mycroft "blud" is pretty damn hilarious. It's up there with "laterzz"

I thought he said "blood" to explain why he needed a new coat. As in the blood used to fake his death ruined his favourite coat.
Hmm, kind of creepy to think he was walking around with a blood-stained coat all those years.

I'm not entirely certain, but I think I've been half-dead on and off several times in the past few months. Definitely a record.
