For those of you watching The One Show (or anyone with access to BBC1) Martin and Amanda are going to be on The One Show tonight.
What a lovely treat can't wait!

I'm just writing this as the show airs, as a summary of points

Martin in nice grey suit, Amanda in pretty dress ^^

Mary is definitely a nurse!

They showed the interactive trailer

Being asked what John's been up to, Martin pointed to Amanda XD

John misses Sherlock

Mary is a "stabalising" influence on John

These two are so cute together ^^

Recapping TRF and possible solutions from crime experts!. Looking around the hospital for ideas on how it was done. Pointing out how John was made to stay in one place - can't see pavement.

Rubber ball theory, dummy Sherlock theory. They're not telling how it was done ^^

Amanda talking about Mr Selfridge coming back; they're fans of each other's work ^^

And now we need a pic of their face when they've been asked..... hm, what was it? If they can tell us anything about the show? How it was to work together? Can't remember.

Finally a good interview again. I almost didn't watch it because of all the crap that happened recently, but this was nice. They are both amazing.

I couldn't watch it from here and I usually would have gone to Tumblr to see the gifts or find a link to the video but due some really nasty people posting spoilers I am avoiding Tumblr and the twitter hashtags. I so wanted to watch this interview!

They were just lovely together yesterday. Martin looking dapper as always. I think they are really adorable as a couple. And they were great fun to watch.

There also was the usual round of speculation on how Sherlock faked his death with two crime specialists (I think they were) presenting their theories.The woman's was that the man we saw lying on the ground after Sherlock jumped was really Moriarty in a wig (don't think that's very likely), the man's was that Sherlock landed in the lorry and then rolled down onto the street covered in loads of fake blood provided by Molly Hooper.

And wow, now that is really interesting: They aksed Amanda to tell them a little bit about Mary's background - and Amanda said "I can't." So, apart from Mary being a nurse it seems the audience isn't 'allowed' to know anything else about her before the show starts...? Interesting. Secrets? Does she hide something? Fascinating...

I've been saying for ages that Amanda's character comes with quite a few secrets and that those secrets will play a rather big part in the last episode of series 3, and that's why they can't disclose anything about Mary Morstan's background. Yesterday's reaction rather confirmed my theory.

Ok. This may sound a bit silly but I love watching Martin and Amanda together for the way their marriage obviously works.

There are a lot of broken marriages and divorces in my family. I've seen friends go through hell after marrying the wrong person. I myself married late in life. I have always looked for and admired couples that seem to have gotten it right.

That's maybe their secret: They are NOT married.
(Amanda likes to point that out from time to time....)

I married quite late, too. And sometimes I think: What if I'd married that guy before hubby? OMG! lol

LOL Right. Not married. Maybe not legally but in the spiritual sense of the word..........

I was engaged twice before in my life beofre I met hubby. I thank all that is holy that I did not end up tying the knot with either one of those wankers.

Seconded. Seriously 'aww'ed out loud several times at them. When you have that solid rhythm with someone, and the humor that they do, and still being so darn cute at times…. especially like when that screen in the foreground showed stern John at one point, he probably paid no attention, and then later, it was on a pretty shot of Mary, and he paused and glanced up with a smile, saying 'That's a lovely picture!' Can't wait to see them acting!
