Ladies, I have just one question: While I'm working through this whole thread I'm afraid I could get an overdose. If this happens what should I do?

I got this very needfull advice:
Hopefully you got yourself a mattress to fall over onto, so you don't hurt yourself. And just keep snacks down there to keep your strength up, for when you need them. Some of us have also had cold showers installed nearby, just in case we get a real, long case of the vapors that we can't shake off.

Just pace youself and drink plenty of fluids.

When I first got here I also went through this entire thread. You'll be ok.
Just pace youself and drink plenty of fluids.
And make sure you have a shock blanket on hand, and a soft surface to land on; as thudding and falling over are known to have happened while looking at this particular thread.
