Yes yes, you must have your thudding mattress. It's also wise to keep smelling salts so that you don't lose conciousness. Plus the beverage of your choice and light snacks since we do spend a great deal of time on the floor.
And finally, if it gets too bad, there's a cold shower in the corner.
