As far as we know Mofftiss her boyfriend will be more than just for decoration. Maybe they get a nice being together scene and then the writers kill him. He can't be the villian again. Maybe he is the victim now.
Have you recognised that the pictures are quite dark?

The promo pictures for Sherlock tend to be quite dark in general...it's the style of the show. It is also not exactly big on colours. In fact, Molly's wardrobe is more or less the most colourful thing we get so see in the show, next to Irene's red lips.
Now we'll have the lovely Mary/Amanda to bring us some color!

Loved the BuzzFeed pics...but it was the captions that made them extra special! Especially enjoyed # 21, 22, & 23 -- the nods to fanfiction. But all the pics were great. I wouldn't say they were spoilers; I've been assiduously avoiding that forum but I don't mind seeing images because I still have no idea what is actually going on. I think of the pics more as teasers. Which, omg, they sure are!
