Love it. Again. All of the above... (and going along with the conversation of such in other pic thread), never ever get tired of how awesomely expressive they are, and how reactions play off each other. All of that, and they can still be adorably charismatic bamf's!

(I love how Martin's the one with the bright magenta socks...)

I was thinking that too, who the heck wears red socks to a gym class or workout or whatever that is? And then I saw, right at the end there, that the guy beside him also has red socks on.

Dwarf boot camp! Apparently one of the extras? Not sure, as I only saw a couple images here and there, and some of the few older promo interview clips I watched, some of the guys were talking about the hard work doing boot camp together, swording, archery, horses, etc. (can you imagine doing all that for your job?) and how it brought them closer together as a group. This tumblr I chanced across was nice enough to post a few gifs the other day, so it must be pretty recent.....

With just a quick look at part of face, I'm pretty sure the other red-sock guy is James Nesbitt... kinda fits with him coming across as equally lighthearted/fun (not that it matters, just saying kinda awesome, always having such colorful socks). And I'm pretty sure the large guy in white is the one who plays Bombur. You can see him in a couple other of the gifs, too... Third, and last gif, pretty sure that's Richard in the navy track suit being all nonchalant suave bamf. While Martin and James are their usual adorably silly selves. But for purposes of this thread, let's just admire Martin being bad-ass awesome.....

In my head, Martin stole those socks from Amanda and is wearing them because he misses her.

Or his laundry didn't come back yet, so he borrowed a pair from the other guy in the red socks. lolol It's funny, because Martin has been known to be quite a snazzy dresser, so it fits with his personality. heh

Of course! Seen him in some awesome bright socks before. He is one of our favorite hip sass-masters, after all.

(did any of you look through the other gifs on that tumblr? so great. there's even one of him excitedly receiving the dressing gown they let him keep)

Bilbo's dressing gown? I know they gave it to him, but I haven't seen it myself. Could you post that one, please?

I had heard from various quips from him that they had too! Thought that was awesome for him. But I didn't realize someone taped it... (no, wait... part of me realized of course they'd tape it... they always have someone with their video camera out for moments like that, especially a big production like that with people having fun recording all those crew moments, like Jackson did... just so cool that's all in the extended version). Sorry can't be specific... just saved a couple favorites and kept scrolling... way too many awesome entries to point you at anyway, as there's the gown-Wrap-gift-gather, boot camp, goofing around moments, b-roll type moments, and mostly plenty of Martin gifs I know you'd like.... rather a nice collection than trying to browse all of tumblr (of course, that being said with not knowing what other goodies are on there!)

Edit: hmm... and my bad!
