I genuinely don't mean to sound nasty towards our US members; it's not you I'm pissed at. But I honestly think that they could have announced our date too, being the country of origin.

In US air date is Jan. 19, 2014 how will I stay away
from the internet? I want watch it fresh on air date. Knowing
nothing! Curled up in PJ's with popcorn and all the
pets sleeping around me, we have routine for Masterpiece.
I managed with Season 2 to stay away from all
Sherlock discussion before it aired, but with Seaon 3,
wow this will be tuff. REALLY TUFF!!!

This is great news! I only just found out tonight about the air date from an email PBS sent out () -- I'd been avoiding all Series 3 threads here so am coming late to the announcement. Great pics from everyone in this thread, and I think the idea of doing a worldwide viral something would be lots of fun. Make it so! -- as another famous British actor used to say.
