I hope we hear something soon...or we'll be handing out shock blankets!

So, for the US there seems to be a release date. Jan. 19 - just found this link on twitter:
Which means: Some weeks earlier in the UK?

I like this tiny bit. It's well written:
"Obviously we don’t yet know the BBC date. But given that the U.S. fans had to wait three months after the 2010 BBC premiere to see the first season of Sherlock, then had to wait four months for the 2012 second season after its UK debut, no matter when the BBC schedules its season three premiere, the gap is going to be less than before since Jan. 19 is less than three months from now (just like how Sherlock speaks on the show, that sentence was totally convoluted but does make sense)."

Yeah, but nothing for us, which is just plain wrong considering where we are!

As they are not going to air in the US first there is good reason to hope it will be the beginning of the year in the UK. All is fine.

I really don't know why the BBC airdate is still such a closely kept secret wheras the US airdate has been at least semi officially announced today.
But on the plus side, I guess we won't have to wait for much longer now.

It would be nice to see new Sherlock episodes, wouldn't it?

And that was of course the understatement of the century...
