Hm, maybe, just maybe (well, probably not, but hey, maybe!) they'll give us a new trailer (or an air date) when the Doctor Who 50 Years Special airs on November 23rd...? It's both Moffat, lots of Sherlock fans are also fans of the Doctor... it would make sense. And it would be soon...!

Yeah, I doubt we'll get something before they air DotD, but I imagine it won't be long after that.
