Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Destroying 221B? Inacceptable!

On the other hand the place desperately needs renovation. http://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/tongue.png

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Yeah, an almost "take a last look around before it's gone" kind of thing!

221B is definitely like a character of it's own! I can imagine, if it does get destroyed, a devastating scene (almost like the one of Mulder and Scully in the X-Files in Mulder's burnt out office) where John and Sherlock are standing in the ruined flat looking heartbroken.  http://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/cry.png

I would certainly break my heart, but it fit's quite well with the "end of an era" theme we have been hearing about

I'm trying to be stoical...but I think I'll be in pieces at the cinema on the 15th.

Oh you're seeing it at the cinema, nice! Good luck though, make sure you take some tissues! I was really tempted to see it in the cinema but I don't think an emotionally wrecked me is something the public should be subjected to. Saying that, I guess everyone in the cinema is going to be in the same boat.

Already packed the tissues.
Actually that's one reason I am going to the cinema, hubby would just roll his eyes and tut if I sob in the living room!

It's great that you have a choice in this matter
Sherlock on the big screen is the dream of many fans here, I imagine!

Plus we get extras?
Hey, I take all the breaks I can get, seeing as I miss so much stuff like conventions!

And we have some more reassurance that the strange feeling of TST wasn't unintended:

Ooh that does make it sound exciting...trouble is people have said things like ' nobody is prepared' before, when some of us have already guessed things!

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

OMG

Sounds like a huge spoiler for the next eps so I'll just put in in tags. Just in case. Even tho I don't really believe PBS would reliease such a spoiler! Or maybe they just don't know what they are doing O.o
Martin Freeman on TST:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRn6x1TTxwE
Did he seriously say "pretend" to die and "pretend" to be grieving?
Didn't sound like he was talking about them acting. Sounds more like they were acting being pretending.
