Have fun! ♥

Introductions Please... » Hey !! :) » January 10, 2014 7:42 pm

Hello, friend!

India!  How fascinating!  I've heard that India has 22 dialects.  Is that true.  I once knew a boy named, well, something traditionally Indian...but we called him Bobby.  He grew up in India, and then moved here.  DAMN.  HE WAS HOT!!!  I mean, HOT!  REDICULOUSLY HOT! He once said that being a child there sucked because the candy tasted like "Roses and ass."  HIS WORDS!  NOT MINE!  LOL.  But that being said....do you believe it's true?  Does Indian candy suck?

Welcome to the forum. I've never been to California, but a semi-ghost town sounds intriguing.

Have fun.

It's actually quite borring.   Here's a link.   And the picture...Well, the town STILL looks like that.  The tall building on the far right is a bar.  They have high sidwalks, and small hitches for tying your horse down.  Here's a recent photo of the same area.   Different angle. It's so borring that you can't even begin to imagine.  Oh!  BTW.  That's the MAIN STREET.  That's

Character Analysis » Who would suit Sherlock in a relationship? » January 10, 2014 7:02 am

For Molly's sake, I wish I could agree.  That poor girl deserves a little attention from our boy...but I just don't see it.  At the very begining I wanted it badly.  Then I met Irene, and I wanted him to boff her brains out.....and that was about it.  Pehraps if he were polyamerous it would work.  More than one person, so he would have choice.  Even then I don't really see him getting pinned down.

Was I the only person who had a flashback to this....

Character Analysis » Who would suit Sherlock in a relationship? » January 10, 2014 5:59 am

I like the idea of him being aesexual. I mean, he can flirt, and whatever.  But I don't see him really getting hooked.  I don't think he would let anything like that happen to him.  It's too much of a "trap" for him.  He likes to be the center of attention.  So he might,I repeat,MIGHT get initally snagged into enjoying a person fawning over him...but after a while he'd get bored of them. Not the attention, but the person giving it.  Because in a relationship you have to GIVE attention as well.  I think the John thing works out nicely because what mainly happens between them is John attends to Sherlock's needs.  John is the Gardener, and Sherlock is the flower.  I don't see Irene doing that.  I can see Molly doing that.....but she'd become too borring to keep his interest.

Besides...Nothing seems quite so delicious as forbiden fruit.

General Sherlock Discussion » Series 4 confirmed!! » January 10, 2014 5:48 am

I hope they just film them all at once. That way they can have, like, regular seasons.   I mean...C'MON!  Even they have to realize the equasion of time waited vs. amount delivered is REALLY OFF.

Thanks!  So far, so good.  What's the traffic like here?  Is there a good amount of action?  I like a forum with a good deal of activity.  I understand with the new season there will be an increas in traffic, but I mean outside of that.

Ever do that thing where you've written down EXACTLY what you wanted to say to a nearly perfect point...AND THEN your damned computer does a MASSIVE HICCUP, and loses it all?  Yeah.  That just happened with my intro post.  So you'll have to excuse me as I try it again.  Ready?  Okay.  Here we go....

Hello!  My name is Scarlett.  My friends call me Cupcake.  I live in a small town in Northern California.  A town known for is cattle yard, and it's semi-ghost town. I am an odd girl. I enjoy all things twee, punk, gothic, and strange. I've not yet found a "Sherlock friend."  That being said I am left to squee alone.  I have PTSD, Aspergers Syndrome, and a kick ass Parisian Macaron recipe. ....So there's, that.  I also have a Chinese Crested dog named Mycroft.  I adore him with all of my heart.  I hope to make many new friends here.  And now that I've done my bit, I am going to ask....  What are some of the best threads here?  Who's who, and what's my best bet for a good time?

P.S. I didn't know what I should choose for a name here, then my iPod played this...so I thought....Hmm...Why not?
