Just came home after seeing it and I totally love it.

Great performance (of course!!), but also good script, nice twists for fans, space looks beautiful. YAY!
Let's see what I'll think after re-watching it on Saturday.

Schmiezi, we'll be cheering for John Harrison that weekend and no one's ever gonna stop us!

Absolutely right. And we will throw popcorn at Kirk. Soooo glad you'll come along on Saturday!

Don't forget I'm a Star Trek fan as well. I'll enjoy the first movie.

Currently, my husband and I go through the same dialogue again and again. It like that:

Hubby: Remember, we will be on the side of Captain Kirk.
Me: Yeah...
Hubby: You will not cheer for the baddy.
Me: No...
Hubby: He is NOT Sherlock Holmes.
Me: Yeah...
Hubby: No cheering for the bad guy!
Me: Never...
Hubby: Are you lying?
Me: Yes...

I would like to count the hours, but we're going to see a double feature and I don't know the exact time STID is going to start.

let's see: the first one starts officially at 19:30, so it will rather be 19:50. It's 127 minutes long, so it ends around 22:00. Then a break, then more trailers. Hm, 22:30?

Yay, only 16 hours to go!!!

Second opinion yes. TBB escalator on way up to the reception desk to see Sebastian Wilkes.

Ah, that's my least watched episode. Thank you!

Useful (to Sherlock) (not meant in a Sherlolly way!!!) (but would surely be right in that context, too)

My husband would join us IF we get to see the film in the dubbed version three times before we watch the original version.

That should be no problem at all...

Maybe later we can find a non-dubbed version running in Cologne, if that's better for her! Would that be all right with you?
(Maybe in that case there would be others joining in as well?)

Hi, Kiersten.

Welcome. You will surely like the Johnlock fic recommendations in this forum, they cover a wide span of stories of all kinds. It's a thread known to spoil people who never wanted to ship it, by the way. Me, for example.

To bring the thread quite unexpectedly back to it's main topic:

Just booked the tickets for next Saturday! Which will be the second time I'll watch the movie because we also have tickets for the 8th!

Oh God yes! Completely overwhelmed and still grinning broadly.

Thank you all so much.

(Just tried to put down in words how much I love the list and the effort you all put into it. Can't. Will continue to giggle all through the day because of you.)

Okay, I don't know who started the rumor on twitter today, concerning today's Sherlock filming location, and it's surely completely wrong and out of context and stuff, but...

hey, what a birthday present!
