It's OK, I'm back, just about. The dog has chewed the second one as well but for now that remains confidential knowledge! The dogs teeth are fine (more than I can say for mine!) and we're going back to the orthodontist next week. My Mum's cooled down a bit now, as long as you don't mention braces!

Ooh, I know! It's the scrap of paper Henry had in hounds. The one he wrote the number on sideways but then changed his mind and used it to wipe up coffee. I'm really sorry but I can't do a print screen right now, I hope this is OK...

I am in so much trouble. I just got my braces off a month ago so I've been wearing plastic retainers at night. I didn't put them in last night because I was late back form some place but when I got home from guides today I found that they had been mangled by my dog. I can already feel my teeth sliding into their former position and there's no way I'm getting braces on again (NHS won't do it twice). Normally she'll just yell like a typical Mum but tonight she hasn't said anything at all, she hasn't even come to check I'm in bed (and not on my laptop!). I'm as good as dead! If I'm not on here tomorrow; call the police, OK?

Today, at guides, we were drawing faces on eggs and looking after them (I swear the ideas get crazier and crazier) and I called mine Benedict as in Eggs Benedict. So I thought it was only fair to make a mini Sherlock, he's got a tiny deerstalker and everything! Unfortunately does smell of board marker and omelet so I doubt that he is long for this world...

The most amazing thing just happened to me today. I was at my book club and I was talking to this girl who likes Dr. Who and Sherlock and it turns out that she also like merlin and Hitch-hiker's. So I asked her if she'd ever listened to cabin pressure and she had! So we spent the rest of the club fan-girling at about ten times the acceptable volume for a library and quoting whole scenes from numerous episodes! Has to be my best book-club ever!

Haha! No, but I wish I had been! I was sitting on my bed and (as I'm an avid cow collector) the nearest thing to me was one of my cows!
