Hello and welcome to the forum. Nice to have another Canuck aboard (we do have others but they've been a bit quiet lately, perhaps they've been in hibernation!)
I LOVE Canada and we visit annually, wonderful country, wonderful people. So happy you found Sherlock and us at last!
Woot!
And thank-you everyone for the warm welcome!

Well my username is a combo of three things I really like;
Silver; my favourite metal (Gold is highly overrated if you ask me )
Moon; I love the moon, how it's been interpreted in stories, mythology, how it effects the Earth and it's connected with us emotionally and psychologically...yeah, I'm a Moon girl, hehe
Dragon; My favourite mythological creature
Oh, and the B is just because I have the same username on another social network forums site.
Right now my profile pic...well, that's pretty self-explanatory , Sherlock is my favourite character on the show (big surprise right?) and that scene in the Reichenbach Fall where John tells him to just put on his hat for the cameras and such, Sherlocks reaction and smile is just so adorable and priceless
At the moment I just have one of my favourite lines from the show in the my signature...from the part of the show that had me truly, heart-wrenchingly sobbing, I swear I could feel Johns pain

So, where do I begin ?...well, naturally I suppose I should start with how I got into Sherlock. Well, I had vaguely heard about the show peripherally for a while but hadn't gotten the chance to see any of it (no TV >.<). One day this year I saw the first season at the local Library, and being the huge Sherlock Holmes fan I am (have read all the Doyle stories many times over the course of many years) I decided to give it a go...Wow, I could not have anticipated how much I ended up loving it! I swear, when each episode was over I would clap my hands and I would sigh, laugh, smile, punch the air and cry in all the right places during all of the episodes...especially of course at the end of The Reichenbach Fall...many, many tears
, but I digress...so, after watching all of the first season episodes in one day, I went out and got the second season...gobbled that up just as quickly! Needless to say, BBC Sherlock and I were love at first sight, hehe
. It didn't take long before I got my mother into the show as well, and it also didn't take long before I was rampaging through YouTube watching as many fanvideos I could find...BBC Sherlock is my favourite Holmes adaptation ever! Casting; perfection (especially Sherlock and John, god I absolutely love those two
), Writing; perfection, Everything; perfection.
I've been thinking about joining a fan forum for a little while now, and recently came across this one! I don't know how active I'll be (too busy watching...well, you know, the Sherlock dudes
), but I look forward to discussing Sherlock with other Sherlocked fans!
