Has anyone mentioned the continuity problem with the part in Sherlock's hair as he was coming down the stairs while being teased by John and Greg? His hair for a brief shot was parted on the right side. The show is normally error free to my eyes so I'm surprised this clanger got past the dozens of eyes that would have viewed the scene in the various stages of production.

There is another "miss me?" which extended over into the promo for another program. The BBC cross-fade was rather messy. I guess that was it. Thanks for your response.

But M was shown before the start of the credits. The final scene was Sherlock's plane returning to land and then came the credits.

As the end credits roll the BBC announcer says that
"Now the thing is with Sherlock is you have to watch right to the very end of the credits or you'll miss something"
I watched and didn't see anything odd or unusual. maybe it was to do with the actor who played young Sherlock? Did I miss something?

You might want to change the Baskerville title to 'Hounds'
I wanted to send you a PM but can't see how to do that.
Good poll BTW

I voted for ASIP as we meet all of the regulars for the first time and see the immediate chemistry between Sherlock and John and discover the writers special sense of humour which continues throughout the two series so far. We also hear of Moriarty at the end (chillingly presented) which is a great tease for the rest of the series. Also I found Jeff Hope, the cabbie to be one of the scariest characters ever to appear on television - Phil Davis is brilliant in that role. The mystery of the reluctant suicides was brilliant and believeable. Outstanding introduction to the best TV series in years.

Oh, sorry, it's just your opinion. You stated it as a fact and that's what caught my eye.

I have loved SH stories since 1968 when I picked up a copy of the complete works in the school library. Brett is my all time favourite screen SH (as a traditional portrayal) with BC's moderised characterisation a fantastic gust of fresh air. I do hope that the 'solution' to Holmes's survival from the fall is thoroughly convincing. So far the writers and producers haven't let me down.
