Current Affairs » Donald Trump » November 11, 2016 5:55 am

I just now noticed this thread. Another American here!

I'm from Montana, where our local news sources gave our three electoral votes to Trump even before the polls opened. It was a forgone conclusion. *sigh*

I've never been so ashamed of or frightened by my countrymen, and while many people are preaching unity and setting aside differences, I'm just sad and scared.

Please know that if you're an American and feel this way too, you aren't alone.
And if you aren't American, please know we aren't all full of hate here. I promise.

Sherlock is my happy place right now.

I'm glad I'm not the the only one who doesn't see it all the first time through! 😊

Realistically, I'm not sure it's possible to catch everything on the first look, and it's kind of a thrill when you see something you missed!

Hi all!

I am rewatching ASIB and just now noticed that Sherlock has a lipstick mark on his face when he awakens in his room and finds his coat and phone on the back of the door. LOL! I had to go back and watch the scene again to make sure!

How did I miss that?

Does anyone else notice these things when rewatching? 😊

Character Analysis » Benedict about Sherlock » November 5, 2016 6:50 am

I agree with everyone else! Great observations. I enjoyed reading them! Especially because it never occurred to me to approach it like that.

As to the part about TAB, there are three plane scenes. The first seems believable, sort of. Until the first scene continues in the second plane interlude, which cannot be real because of the supernatural bent to the exhumation scene. If the second plane scene is fake, then the scene before it, which set it up, can't be real either.

I think the only real one is the third scene at the very end.

Thank you both for replying!

I hope that's the way it works out. I had heard that there were delays in the past, and I know we have issues getting other British programming in a timely fashion. Graham Norton was delayed months this past series. RAWR.

I will pay attention to any spoilers warnings here, though the setlock stuff doesn't bother me. Especially since I've watched some interviews and found out that you can't trust anything you see! 😆

You guys are the best!

If this has been discussed, my apologies. I'm new and have been reading, but may have missed something!

How does this Series 4 thing work for those of us in the US? I'm a recent devotee, and was wondering what will happen.

I know they've said Jan 2017 for the air date, but not in the US. How long does it usually take for it to get here? How can we possibly avoid spoilers all over the net?

I am hoping for words of encouragement from someone who has survived this before!

Thanks!

Introductions Please... » Um...hello. » September 22, 2016 8:35 pm

Hello.

I'm new, but late to the party, as usual. I only recently became Sherlock obsessed, so I have been looking for other rabid fans to chat with.

I have questions, theories, and too many emotions over a TV show!

😊

Oh, and I am new to forums like this in general, so there may be a learning curve while I figure this out.
